Creative Writing

While my major in English writing focused on fiction, I also enjoy writing nonfiction and, as evidenced, an occasional poem. I am a Periplus Collective 2023 fellow receiving mentorship from Nicole Chung, and in fall 2020 I was the second City Books' writer in residence. My writing has been recognized as a Best of the Net 2022 finalist, and it has received additional Best of the Net and Pushcart nominations. I am also a creative nonfiction editor at Sundog Lit.
